MFS is seeking a Distribution Sales Reporting Co-op for Spring 2027 in Boston. This paid internship provides real-world experience in sales reporting, analytics, and dashboards within our Business Intelligence team.

The six-month program runs January 13–June 25, 2027, Monday–Friday, 35–40 hours per week. Undergraduates enrolled in a co-op program will gain exposure to asset-management operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask daily.
• Interest in technology and its business applications.
• Excel and PowerPoint skills are a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Distribute sales and activity reports to management and sales teams on a scheduled basis.
• Run ad-hoc reports as requested by sales management.
• Track feedback and assist in improving processes and app functionality.
• Monitor user adoption and create usage metrics.
• Collaborate to develop and maintain training materials.
