Job summary

MFS Investment Management in Boston offers a six-month Co-op focused on Defined Contribution Sales. You will join the DCI Sales team as an integral, learning the financial services industry and supporting data-entry, literature orders, scheduling, and client information updates in a fast-paced environment.

This program is designed for undergraduate students enrolled in a cooperative education program, with 35–40 hours per week and a hybrid work arrangement. Compensation is $21.00–$25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Co-op program required; undergraduate student currently enrolled
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Assist with Salesforce data entry and updating DCI reps
• Schedule activities and meetings, coordinate communications
• Process literature orders and distribute materials to offices
• Support territory-specific mailings and labeling
• Assist with data integrity and client information updates
• Utilize Brightscope data to ensure accuracy
