Qualifications

Pass NCDOJ Background Check.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency dispatching.
Proficiency in operating CAD systems.

Knowledge of local, state, and federal law enforcement protocols.

Provide real-time information and support to field officers, including background checks and warrant information.
Coordinate with other emergency services and departments as necessary.
Follow established protocols and procedures for handling various types of incidents.
Perform regular checks of equipment and report any malfunctions or issues.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Maintain composure and professionalism in high-stress situations.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Provide support in crisis situations, including mass casualty incidents, natural disasters, and all other emergencies.
