Job summary

Albanese Confectionery Group (ACG) seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily DC warehouse operations, lead staff, and maintain inventory accuracy. You will manage receiving, putting away, picking, packing, and shipping activities while ensuring safety compliance and quality standards across the operation.

Responsibilities include directing staff, coordinating with departments, and implementing SOPs to maximize efficiency and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' warehouse supervisory experience.
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop staff and cross-training programs with training materials.
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct safety training.
• Collaborate with management on operational challenges and strategic plans.
• Resolve shipping and receiving inquiries.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO procedures and proper lot codes are followed.
• Direct and coordinate all aspects of warehouse on designated shift.
• Monitor team performance and report to Warehouse Manager.
• Ensure SOPs are executed and safe handling of products.
