You will work across functions to optimize operations, manage budgets, and develop talent while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 years of work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages, leads, and motivates a team to deliver results by communicating goals, safety practices, and deadlines; coaching and training teammates; implementing continuous improvement.
• Monitors KPIs such as safety performance, cost per case, inventory shrink, and cases per labor hour to drive productivity and cost savings.
• Leads budgeting and workforce management; oversees all logistics functions including safety, inbound/outbound, labor, talent development, maintenance, and customer service.
• Regularly collaborates with Franchise Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Safety/Risk, HR, and Employee Relations.
