Job summary

The Manager DC Warehouse I at Coca-Cola Consolidated in Erlanger, KY is responsible for leading a warehouse operations team handling up to 6.0M cases annually in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. You will oversee safety, inbound and outbound logistics, labor management, inventory, and asset care.

You will manage budgeting, workforce planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Franchise Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance while driving continuous improvement and servicing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 to 7 years of work experience.
• Preferred: Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team to meet goals with safety, deadlines and customer focus.
• Analyze KPIs like safety, cost per case, shrink, and cases per man hour; drive improvements and cost savings.
• Oversee budgeting and workforce management and all logistics functions (safety, inbound/outbound, labor, maintenance, customer service).
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings with Franchise Ops, Supply Chain Ops, Safety/Risk, HR, Employee Relations, etc.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain analysts to avoid stockouts and minimize inventory days on hand.
• Maintain asset value and manage facility security, appearance, and operations.
