Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals, coaching and training as needed.
• Monitor KPIs (safety, cost per case, inventory shrink, cases per man hour) and identify productivity improvements.
• Lead budgeting and workforce management for all logistics functions (safety, inbound/outbound, labor, maintenance, and customer service).
• Initiate cross-functional collaboration with Franchise Ops, Supply Chain, Safety/Risk, HR and Employee Relations.
• Support sales by monitoring inventory levels to prevent stockouts and coordinating with analysts to minimize on-hand days.
• Maintain plant assets, security, appearance, and overall operability of the facility.
