Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Manager DC Warehouse I to lead a high-volume warehouse up to 6.0M cases annually, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment. You will develop teams, manage inbound/outbound, labor, inventory, and asset maintenance while collaborating across functions to optimize service levels.

This role involves day-time hours with occasional weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Monitor KPIs (safety, cost per case, inventory shrink) and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgeting, workforce management, and all logistics functions (inbound/outbound, labor, maintenance).
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings with Franchise Ops, Supply Chain Ops, Safety/Risk, HR, and Employee Relations.
• Support sales by ensuring inventory availability and coordinating with analysts to minimize stockouts.
• Maintain assets and facility security, appearance, and operation.
