Job summary

TBC Corporation, a leading distributor in the mobility and tire industry, is seeking a full-time warehouse associate for its Distribution Center. The role focuses on efficient fulfillment of orders and accurate receipt of replenishment product, using RF scanners and MHE in a fast-paced DC environment.

You will support cycle counts, load/unload duties, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while contributing to DC profitability and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Safety-first mentality.
• Prior distribution center experience preferred.
• Prior material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively; occasionally more than 50lbs.
• Employment is contingent upon pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate various MHE in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products.
• Unload and put-away product using RF technology.
• Inspect inbound for overages/shortages.
• Pick and stage product for shipment.
• Load trucks with product.
• Maintain organization of warehouse inventory.
• Assist center to optimize operations and customer service.
• Participate in cycle counts or physical inventories as required.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist in sanitation of the DC.
• Complete MHE reports per policy and OSHA regulations.
• Perform other tasks as defined by supervisor or center manager.
• Abide by all federal, state, and local laws.
