Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis is seeking a Vice President to lead and grow our Washington, D.C. practice. You will guide senior executives, shape strategy, and leverage deep media relationships to elevate client profiles across corporate, entertainment and impact work.

You will mentor teams, oversee budgets, and drive new business, ensuring sustainable, high-quality counsel and outcomes for a diverse client portfolio.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in communications, media, public affairs or related field.
• Ability to counsel senior executives and build client relationships.
• Ability to turn ideas into compelling narratives and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level strategy and counsel across a diverse client portfolio.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives and leaders.
• Maintain deep relationships with reporters, editors, producers and influential voices.
• See beyond traditional playbooks to create stories and opportunities for clients.
• Oversee account health, staffing, profitability, and resource allocation.
