Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a DC Trainer Support in Mooresville, IN to assist in training new personnel and become a subject matter expert in assigned DC areas. You will partner with departmental leadership to pattern training and ensure ongoing readiness for incoming associates.

The role requires the ability to show and perform basic-level Excel tasks and communicate effectively, in English and Spanish, within a diverse team environment.

Qualifications

• Has warehouse training experience and basic computer skills.
• Capable of learning DC processes and becoming a subject matter expert.
• Demonstrates basic Excel navigation, data entry, simple formulas and formatting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training new personnel.
• Demonstrate department processes and best practices.
• Partner with leadership to pattern training for incoming associates.
• Communicate clearly in English and Spanish when needed.
