Qualifications

• Provides real-time operational support by addressing questions and escalating issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for assigned department, executing complex tasks and supporting escalations.
• Reinforce standard work and train associates on approved SWIs.
• Provide hands-on training for new hires, cross-training, and retraining.
• Assist leadership with advanced training needs and peak ramp-ups.
• Coach associates in complex scenarios and escalate systemic issues when needed.
