Job summary

Amer Sports Corporation in Pittston Township, PA, is seeking a Systems Coordinator for our Distribution Center. The role owns all DC systems (SAP/WMS, KiSoft) and leads cross-functional problem solving, reporting, and system-driven projects to improve operations.

Two full-time on-site positions exist for AM and PM shifts. You will partner with Operations, Inventory, and IT to implement changes, support EWM transitions, and maintain data integrity while delivering actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with SAP WMS in a distribution environment.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and how systems support execution.
• Analytical ability to translate technical findings into clear presentations for stakeholders.
• Ability to architect data-driven narratives and perform deep-dive root cause analyses.

Responsibilities

• Own as the primary local contact for SAP (WMS) and DC systems to ensure operational continuity.
• Lead system-related enhancements including requirements gathering, testing (UAT), and implementation.
• Develop and maintain DC-level reporting and analytics for performance, trends, and risks.
• Collaborate with Operations, Inventory, and Transportation to resolve operational issues.
• Drive system transitions (e.g., EWM) and support network-wide initiatives.
