Amer Sports’ Distribution Center in Pittston Township, PA is hiring a Systems Coordinator to own DC systems (SAP/WMS, KiSoft) and drive system-driven projects. You will partner with Operations, IT, and external vendors to deliver reporting and continuous improvements.

This full-time onsite role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in SAP WMS, with strong analytical skills, data storytelling, and effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience with SAP WMS in distribution.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and data flow.
• Ability to translate technical findings into clear presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical with ability to architect data-driven narratives and perform root-cause analyses.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset and ability to drive projects end-to-end.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP (WMS) and DC systems; ensure operational continuity.
• Troubleshoot SAP issues; perform root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Monitor system integrations (SAP, KNAPP, other platforms); coordinate with IT and vendors.
• Translate business needs into system solutions; identify process improvements.
• Lead system-related enhancements: requirements, testing, implementation (UAT).
• Maintain key configurations and tables (routing guides, mappings).
• Collaborate with Operations, Inventory, and Transportation to resolve issues.
• Own DC-level reporting and analytics; develop actionable insights.
• Lead DC system projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Support EWM implementation and future system transitions.
