Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate receiving and storing finished goods in our distribution center. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in daily operations.

Required: 3+ years warehouse experience, high school diploma, forklift experience, basic PC skills, and basic math; English/Spanish bilingual preferred. Overtime may be required.

This position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate receiving and storing of finished goods
• Contact carrier to arrange delivery instructions
• Assist shipping with loading of trucks as needed
• Implement process changes to increase efficiency
• Maintain organized and clean work area
• Assist in raw materials warehouse as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and GMPs
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
