Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a DC Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead a warehouse team and ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role emphasizes strong supervision, adherence to safety, and effective coordination of receiving, storage, and distribution activities. The ideal candidate has proven warehouse supervision experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to coach and mentor direct reports in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team to deliver safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient warehousing services.
• Coordinating warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, quality control, spare part distribution, and component part support.
• Ensuring the safe and accurate storage of materials.
• Providing daily supervision to a team of direct reports, including training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Scheduling repairs for warehouse maintenance, which may include company vehicles and forklifts.
• Assisting in developing replenishment plans for equipment.
• Adhering to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Maintaining regular and reliable attendance.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

As a DC Supervisor, 2nd shift, you will be responsible for:

Pay Range:

$18.50 - $40.19

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
