Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Indianapolis area team. This shift runs Sunday-Thursday 8:30pm-5:30am with overtime as needed, supporting a productive warehouse with hiring, training and development of associates.

You will supervise inbound/outbound activities, ensure inventory accuracy, maintain safety and security, and collaborate with branch management to optimize operations in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 2+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Strong background in warehouse operations and logistics.
• Material Handling Equipment Certification required.
• Proficiency in OSHA and DOT regulations preferred.
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail and communication skills.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Ferguson is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team!

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 8:30pm-5:30am with additional OT as required.

• Maintain and develop a productive warehouse by hiring, training and providing professional development for all of its associates
• Supervise and coordinate unloading and stocking of inbound shipments and the picking and shipping of outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness with both product and paperwork
• Ensure warehouse space is used effectively and kept clean and orderly
• Ensure integrity of inventory and confirm that cycle counts are completed
• Maintain security of warehouse and safety of all associates and equipment, reporting any accidents and conveying any issues to branch management

• A strong background in Warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is required
• 2+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience is required
• Material Handling Equipment Certification is required
• Proficiency in OSHA and DOT regulations is preferred
• Excellent judgment and decision‑making abilities
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment

Pay Range: $15.58 - $33.85. Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
