Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a maintenance-focused individual for the 3rd shift. The role involves inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance of building systems and the AutoStore setup to keep operations safe and efficient.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9:00pm–5:30am with overtime as needed. The job emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, safety compliance, and reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Entry level role or 1 year of experience in maintenance, automation, or a similar technical role.
• Prior warehousing or distribution experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience using tools to troubleshoot, repair and resolve maintenance issues.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of the facility, grounds, building systems, equipment, and AutoStore system; monitor performance and respond to issues as they arise.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, generators, and other equipment).
• Maintain and coordinate testing and service for Fire/Life Safety systems; ensure safety standards compliance.
• Maintain overall appearance and functionality of the facility, including lighting and general upkeep.
• Support day-to-day facility needs, moves, equipment setup, spills, and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and ongoing services.
• Maintain organized, clean work areas and properly store tools and equipment.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Identify, report, and address safety hazards; follow PPE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of the facility, grounds, building systems, equipment, and AutoStore system; monitor performance and respond to issues as they arise

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, generators, and other equipment) to keep operations running smoothly

• Maintain and coordinate required testing and service for Fire/Life Safety systems, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards

• Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the facility, including lighting, minor repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep of interior and exterior spaces

• Support day-to-day facility needs, including associate moves, equipment/furniture setup, spill cleanup, and general maintenance tasks

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and ongoing services (landscaping, janitorial, waste removal, etc.)

• Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas, including storage, warehouse, and maintenance spaces; properly maintain and store tools and equipment

• Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation for building systems and equipment

• Identify, report, and address safety hazards, and follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements

• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs

Pay Range:

$20.40 - $51.70

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
