Job summary

Whizz, a leader in innovative transportation solutions, is seeking a strategic Store Manager to lead our Washington, DC store. You will oversee all store operations, drive sales, develop a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires at least 3 years of managerial experience in fast-paced environments, strong leadership and communication, and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in retail, consumer services, or fast-paced operations.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business acumen with ability to analyze performance metrics.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and reporting tools (preferred).

Responsibilities

• P&L & Strategic Growth: Drive store profitability by growing revenue, optimizing workflows, and reducing costs.
• Team Leadership & Development: Build, train, and mentor the store team to meet goals.
• Customer & Sales Excellence: Achieve subscription and accessory sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Asset & ERP Accountability: Ensure 100% ERP accuracy for store inventory and lead loss prevention.
• Operational Mastery: Manage bike readiness cycle including diagnostics, repairs, and QA.
• Data & Insights: Provide weekly KPI reports and suggest improvements to pricing and efficiency.
