Just Sales Jobs seeks a Showroom Sales Manager for a premium Washington, DC showroom to sell interior glass doors, walls, and partitions to homeowners, designers, architects, and developers. Lead and coach a sales team while driving personal sales and showroom performance.

The role is on-site with inbound and outbound activity, offering uncapped commissions, strong base pay, and a comprehensive benefits package in a design-forward, growth-oriented company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B and/or B2C sales with a documented closing record.
• 2+ years managing or leading a showroom or retail-sales team.
• Industry background in luxury or premium building materials is a plus.
• Ability to develop new business by cold calling and networking.
• Experience building CRM-driven pipelines and reporting on KPIs.
• Experience hosting showroom or trade events and outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Sell on the showroom floor and manage personal book of business.
• Coach and develop the showroom staff with daily floor coaching.
• Plan and schedule team activities to meet quotas and pipeline hygiene.
• Own showroom-level performance: pipeline, response times, and revenue vs. quota.
• Cultivate partnerships with adjacent premium brands for joint events.
