Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in California to oversee daily operations, supervise the warehouse team, and ensure service, quality, safety, and productivity standards are met. Bilingual Spanish required to support diverse facilities and customers.

This role manages shipments, inventory, schedules, and reporting, with flexibility for weekends and variable shifts. Experience with WMS and 2 years of leadership is required; pay range listed is $70,304 to $102,200 per year.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -20°F to 100°F in various storage sites.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to direct reports to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Manage incoming/outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources for job completion while keeping time and production records.
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
