Job summary

Americold seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a shift-based team, ensuring efficient receiving, warehousing, and shipping of customer products to meet service and cost objectives. You will supervise unloading, staging, and outbound shipments, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of supervisory or warehouse experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise unloading, stacking, and staging of shipments to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure accuracy and condition of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Facilitate cross-communication between shifts and conduct shift meetings.
• Oversee safe operation of equipment and maintain a clean, secure work area.
• Ensure staff compliance with safety policies and report incidents per OSHA/MSDS.
• Direct work schedules, assign duties, and evaluate employee performance.
• Address personnel issues and coordinate training needs with staff and management.
