Job summary

A digital art organization seeks an experienced Project Manager for its Washington D.C. reopening. In this role, you will manage the execution of complex deployment plans, oversee budget and financial aspects, and lead installation crews. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years managing large-scale multimedia projects, possess strong A/V systems knowledge and excellent communication skills. This fixed-term role requires on-site presence and the ability to work under pressure during installation periods.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale, multimedia production projects.
• Demonstrated financial project management expertise.
• Strong understanding of A/V systems and integration environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end deployment plan for the reopening.
• Manage and track the reopening budget.
• Hire and manage installation crews and technical vendors.
