A recruitment firm is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee commercial door projects in the Washington, D.C. area. This role includes managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution. The ideal candidate has experience in the doors, frames, and hardware industry, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in project management software. Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial projects, preferably in doors and hardware.
• Familiar with Division 8 materials such as hollow metal doors, wood doors, frames, and commercial hardware.
• Knowledge of current building codes and ADA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial door, frame, and hardware projects from initial proposal to final installation.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and submittals.
• Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and logistics to meet project timelines.
• Oversee and support field installation teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
