Qualifications
Proven experience managing commercial projects, preferably in doors and hardware.
Familiar with Division 8 materials such as hollow metal doors, wood doors, frames, and commercial hardware.
Knowledge of current building codes and ADA requirements.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of commercial door, frame, and hardware projects from initial proposal to final installation.
Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and submittals.
Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and logistics to meet project timelines.
Oversee and support field installation teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
