Job summary

Walgreens in Deerfield, IL seeks a Senior Manager, Distribution Center Quality to lead strategy, governance, and performance management for the DC Quality function, improving store service, inventory accuracy, and operating costs.

This role partners with DC Operations, EHS, Compliance and Analytics to build a proactive quality culture, monitor metrics, conduct root cause analysis, and drive sustained improvements across multiple DCs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years in a supply chain or business role OR a High School/GED with 7 years in supply chain or business role.
• At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions.
• At least 2 years of direct leadership or cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Executes and/or oversees processes translating strategic goals into actionable tactics.
• Develops innovative approaches to support department strategies.
• Interacts with senior management and stakeholders across functions.
• Creates a high-performance culture with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manages relationships with third-party service providers and performance.
