Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, supplier management, and/or manufacturing operations.
• Previous experience leading or supervising employees in a manufacturing, warehouse, or quality environment.
• Understanding of quality systems, inspection processes, product defects, and documentation requirements.
• Strong communication, training, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Lead the daily work of the quality team, including the Quality Lead, and set priorities.
• Coach, train, and develop team members; support hiring and performance management.
• Own product quality and inspection; oversee records, defect documentation, and related quality data.
• Maintain measuring equipment and coordinate rework of nonconforming materials.
• Identify recurring defects, drive corrective actions, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with warehouse and other teams to improve material flow and resolve bottlenecks.
• Support ISO compliance, supplier quality, and quality readiness for new products.
