CPG seeks a Supervisor, Service Operations to lead field service teams in Ashburn, VA, focusing on safety, scheduling, and efficient delivery of DC power installations, replacements, and maintenance at critical facilities.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical understanding, and the ability to coordinate materials, travel, and customer communications to ensure project success.

Formación

• High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to train, influence and motivate team members.
• Ability to understand and follow electrical one-lines, technical manuals, and procedures.
• Experience writing pre job briefs, procedures and technical reports.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Outstanding Customer relations skills.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsabilidades

• Provide effective oversight, leadership and administration of safety processes and procedures.
• Travel to customer sites to manage the DC Power installations, replacements, and maintenances activities.
• Participate in troubleshooting and ensure resolution of DC Power issues.
• Communicate with Project/Contract manager regarding materials, equipment, or delays.
• Plan and maintain work systems, procedures, and policies for optimum team performance.
• Coordinate inter-team logistics and labor for the DC Power team.
• Maintain service quality by enforcing standards and identifying improvements.
• Review and approve weekly timesheets.
• Perform site walks and estimate potential new work.
