Job summary

Triad Associates, part of the Concordia Wireless family, is seeking a Construction Field Manager - DC Power Installations to lead crews in installing and maintaining DC systems at telecom sites. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in DC power systems and will ensure compliance with safety standards.

A strong focus on management in a hands-on role is essential, with travel required approximately 90% of the time. This position offers a competitive salary between $85,000 and $95,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in DC power systems, preferably in telecom or utility.
• Managerial experience with a practical approach to hands-on work.
• Certifications such as OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and Lift are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crews installing and maintaining DC systems and backup battery plants.
• Ensure compliance with safety and power standards.
• Manage DC Power Installation Crews and mentor entry-level technicians.

Skills

DC power systems experience

Familiarity with fluke meters, load banks, and battery analyzers

Management skills

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Valid driver's license
