PensionsAge in Oregon is seeking an experienced DC Operations Manager to own DC pensions administration, lead the team, and drive service standards with an outsourced provider. You will tackle complex administration issues, ensure regulatory compliance, manage risks, and deliver MI and senior reporting while shaping improvements to member experience.

You will lead projects, system testing, change initiatives and stakeholder communications, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and service

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of DC pensions administration, legislation and regulation.
• Experience leading teams and managing outsourced providers.
• Ability to identify and address service issues and risks.
