Job summary

HelloFresh in Arizona is seeking a Trainer to lead classroom and on-the-job training within the distribution center, coaching associates and leaders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement training initiatives and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating training requests, scheduling sessions, and providing constructive feedback to ensure a strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• Scheduling flexibility to support varying shifts.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Basic mathematics skills for calculations and inventory checks.
• Experience using Google Business Suite.
• Proficient in basic computer and tablet skills including email.
• Training in Powered Industrial Equipment to latest OSHA standards preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promote food safety, quality, and a safety-first culture through training and development within the DC.
• Train, cross-train or re-train Training Ambassadors, Associates, and Frontline Leaders using standard methods.
• Assist in monitoring the training request intake system to schedule training within the DC.
• Support change management processes for new training products or process improvements.
• Provide feedback to Training Ambassadors and new associates for growth.
• Coordinate scheduling training and recording completion.
• Share best practices with other Trainers and Training Ambassadors.
• Conduct tours of the DC for new associates and frontline leaders.
• Create a positive team dynamic to encourage engagement and customer focus.
