Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activity within department, including planning, flow, and resource allocation.
• Develop and motivate associates and ensure morale is high while maintaining company culture
• Builds effective relationships with business partners across the organization
• Communicates effectively with associates, counterparts, peers, and management for efficient operations
• Ensures area meets Safety and Housekeeping requirements
• Drives continuous improvement by reviewing practices and processes and making recommendations.
