• Proven ability to motivate teams, manage conflict and develop leaders.
• Able to support multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Total responsibility for operating an efficient, productive and safe department within the Distribution Center.
• Plans, manages flow and resource allocation for daily operations.
• Develops and motivates associates and maintains high morale while upholding culture.
• Builds effective relationships with business partners across functions.
• Communicates effectively with associates and management to improve efficiency.
• Ensures safety and housekeeping requirements and seeks continuous improvement.
