Job summary

Burlington is hiring a Distribution Center Operations Manager to lead multiple DC functions and drive efficiency across inbound, outbound, and support areas.

You will manage staffing, systems, and safety programs, ensuring accurate processing and timely product movement. A bachelor’s in a related field and 4+ years in a high-volume DC are preferred, with flexible scheduling and bi-lingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or related field.
• 4+ years in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, distribution, warehousing, transportation, and inventory.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience with WMS and distribution technology.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across inbound, put-to-light, ticketing, quality control, and outbound areas.
• Ensure accurate, timely receiving, processing, storage, packing and shipping of goods.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Lead, coach and evaluate area managers and associates.
• Design and control delivery schedules to maximize store service and efficiency.
• Control costs through process improvements and effective staffing.
