The position supports HR and leadership teams to ensure a best-in-class colleague experience, robust training, and ongoing engagement across the DC, with potential 2nd shift scheduling and flexibility

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Operations Management in a Distribution Center/Warehouse.
• 5+ years in managerial/leadership positions in a DC/Warehouse.
• 3+ years implementing LEAN principles and 5S.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience with DC reporting tools and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• P&L responsibility for assigned DC departments.
• Ensure timely, secure, accurate deliveries within budget targets.
• Partner with HR to achieve staffing targets via recruiting and cross-training.
• Minimize overtime for colleagues and drive efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with field stores, asset protection, and transportation.
• Meet or exceed DC productivity and quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
