• 7+ years in a distribution center, including 3+ years in management.
• Experience with safety, Hazmat, and regulatory compliance.
• Certification preferred; advanced degree may offset less experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides departmental input to DC Manager for operating plans and budgets.
• Identifies financial resources and supports department budget development.
• Implements process improvements and analyzes operations, asset utilization, and labor.
• Leads safety, Hazmat, and compliance; ensures security of personnel and inventory.
• Manages performance of the Assistant Manager and hourly staff; trains and counsels as needed.
