Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Operations Manager to lead distribution center functions, oversee receiving, order filling, and shipping in a high-volume, multi-shift environment. You will ensure SOPs are followed while achieving productivity and quality goals and upholding safety and customer service standards.

You will partner with leaders across departments to drive continuous improvement, coach associates, and prepare operational metrics and reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of distribution center management or operations experience
• Strong leadership, administrative and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and WMS systems
• Flexible to work various shifts based on business needs
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage receiving, order filling, and shipping operations
• Monitor productivity, safety, and quality metrics
• Ensure SOP adherence and proper resource utilization
