Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the Distribution Center in Riverside, CA. You will drive performance, manage personnel, inventory, shipping, and facilities, and implement standardized work to reduce costs while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years in Operations-Distribution with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of Operations-Distribution experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience supervising, training, developing and providing direction to staff.
• Ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Broad working knowledge of Distribution Center processes and operations.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA, FMCSA and State Laws.
• Understanding of DOT regulations is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of Voice Pick and VAI systems (or similar warehouse management or operating system).
• Strong customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively build relationships are essential.
• Understanding of performance management and its principles.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, and ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Distribution Center operations and meet DC goals.
• Infuse Concordance culture into the DC and collaborate with departments.
• Forecast requirements, prepare budgets, schedule expenditures, and analyze variances.
• Lead hiring, training, developing and managing team members.
• Lead warehouse personnel and supervisors; including hiring and performance management.
• Collaborate with external suppliers to support growth and profitability plans.
• Provide leadership with a positive attitude through industry changes.
• Represent the company positively in the community and with customers.
