Job summary

Watts Water seeks a Distribution Center Manager for its Sparks, NV facility. You will lead end-to-end site operations, focusing on safety, service, cost, and quality, reporting to the DC Operations Director and guiding on-floor leadership across multiple shifts.

The role emphasizes Lean/CI, KPI ownership, budget management, and building a high-performing team. Collaboration with Planning, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Sales is essential to meet demand and drive excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in distribution warehousing.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-site operational performance including receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, safety and quality.
• Drive Lean/Continuous Improvement and KPI ownership.
• Lead a multi-shift team and develop bench strength.
• Develop and manage site budgets and cost initiatives.
• Partner with Planning, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Sales to align on demand and capacity.
