Job summary

Pride Mobility Products®/Quantum Rehab® is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead daily DC operations, drive safety and quality, and ensure timely fulfillment. You will oversee schedules, training, and process improvements while partnering with management to meet productivity goals.

The role requires 5+ years in warehousing/distribution, a strong safety focus, and proven leadership to coach staff and sustain Lean 5S practices across the facility.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest
• Must have the ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Guide, direct, and motivate staff
• Operate warehouse equipment including a vertical lift at heights up to 30 feet
• Cross train for multiple jobs in assigned areas
• Be flexible with working hours based on business needs

Responsibilities

• Supervise Distribution Center employees and daily operations to meet productivity, quality, safety, and customer service goals
• Assist with coordinating daily schedules, order flow, and distribution processes to optimize efficiency
• Monitor shipping, receiving, and inventory operations to meet goals and address issues
• Maintain a visible presence in the warehouse and address issues promptly
• Coordinate employee training and cross-training to maximize output
• Assist with development plans and standard work procedures aligned to goals
• Ensure safety, compliance with FDA/OSHA and Pride policies
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to reduce costs
• Operate powered industrial trucks and RF scanners as needed
• Organize warehouse areas and manage supplies and budget input
