Job summary

Pride Mobility & Quantum Rehab is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coordinate daily schedules, optimize shipping and inventory, and ensure safe, efficient operations in a non-climate-controlled environment. The role requires forklift and RF scanner operation, staff training, and ongoing Lean/5S implementation.

Candidates should have 5+ years in production or distribution, lead or supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, and be legally eligible to work in the United States without

Qualifications

• Must be a team player, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest.
• Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Guide, direct, and motivate staff; operate warehouse equipment including a vertical lift up to 30 ft.
• Be cross trained for multiple jobs within assigned areas; rely on experience and judgment.
• Flexible with hours based on business needs; maintain high quality workmanship.
• Read/interpret logs and daily workload reports; stand/walk/bend all day.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules, order flow, and distribution to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor shipping, receiving, and inventory to meet productivity and cost goals; address issues as needed.
• Schedule incoming containers and maintain storage container records with Management.
• Maintain visibility in the warehouse and address issues promptly.
• Build positive relationships with all employees.
• Train and cross-train staff; adjust assignments to maximize output.
• Assist with development plans and Standard Work Procedures as needed.
• Ensure teams prioritize customer service, quality, reliability, and timeliness.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure safe operations daily.
• Keep areas organized, routes clear, and reinforce safe practices.
• Operate forklifts and RF scanners to load/unload goods and assist with duties.
