Vallen Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Coordinator to support daily warehouse and order fulfillment operations.

The role focuses on resolving inquiries, coordinating inventory, shipping, and order workflows, and serving as a key contact for internal teams, customers, vendors, and carriers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities to maintain operational efficiency and

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or clerical experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong planning, organizational and execution skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, positive team player with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Address DC inquiries and route to appropriate personnel.
• Handle calls and emails from customers and collaborators.
• Track shipping, inventory adjustments, and non-conformances.
• Operate warehouse equipment and research issues.
• Manage attendance and leave tracking for Distribution Center.
• Process non-conforming orders and expedite shipments as needed.
• Maintain daily orders via the order management system.
• Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and external providers.
• Handle expenses and credit card reconciliations.
• Review cycle counts and inventory variances with Inventory Control.
