FLANDERS Lakeland location seeks a DC Motor Technician I to disassemble, inspect, clean, repair, test, and reassemble basic electromechanical motors and equipment. Role includes following work scopes, documenting tests, and maintaining ISO-compliant paperwork.

Candidate will learn to pre-test electrical/mechanical systems, read motor diagrams, and perform routine repairs under foreman guidance while ensuring safety procedures and quality control are observed.

Formación

• Two years hands-on experience with mechanical or electrical equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math including fractions and percentages.

Responsabilidades

• Read work scope to determine status and expected serviceability.
• Mark parts, take photos, and complete paperwork to ISO standards.
• Assemble basic motors and equipment including bearings.
• Pre-test electrical and mechanical systems and ensure proper lubrication.
