Job summary

MP Nexlevel, LLC is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage materials, track shipments, and maintain accurate records on construction projects in Oregon. The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, working in all weather, and traveling to sites as needed.

You\'ll coordinate with suppliers, process purchase orders, perform cycle counts, and support safety training. Proficiency in MS Office and a clean driving record are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ordering, receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
• Track shipments and verify packaging and documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Address issues related to damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Direct on-site Inventory Specialists.
• Suggest process improvements for inventory workflows.
• Provide safety training as required.
• Maintain paperwork and filing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the ordering, receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses; maintain accurate inventory records
• Track inbound and outbound shipments, verifying packaging and accompanying documents
• Laise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Conduct and coordinate regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Address and resolve issues related to damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of warehouses or storage areas
• Maintain knowledge of the material and tools used for project
• Coordinate and direct the work of any Inventory Specialists onsite
• Recommend and create any process improvements for streamlining the inventory processes
• Safety training as required by position
• Paperwork filing and maintenance as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Education and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Understanding of materials used in construction or specific project
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Travel required

Preferred Skills:

• Construction industry experience
• Prior inventory or material management experience
