Job summary

MP NEXLEVEL LLC is seeking an Inventory/Materials Coordinator to manage the ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution of materials for construction projects in Oregon. You will monitor stock levels, verify shipments, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the ordering, receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses; maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Track inbound and outbound shipments, verifying packaging and accompanying documents.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders.
  • Conduct and coordinate regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Address and resolve issues related to damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of warehouses or storage areas.
  • Maintain knowledge of the material and tools used for project.
  • Coordinate and direct the work of any Inventory Specialists onsite.
  • Recommend and create any process improvements for streamlining the inventory processes.
  • Safety training as required by position.
  • Paperwork filing and maintenance as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
