Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Facility Maintenance Manager to lead the Facility Maintenance Team at a distribution center. You will oversee preventive maintenance for mobile material handling vehicles, conveyors, building systems, and related equipment, developing comprehensive maintenance programs while excluding IS hardware/software.

You'll manage budgets, schedules, and emergency procedures, coordinate with Operations Management, and drive reliability across the DC critical systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time facilities and equipment maintenance management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma with technical certs accepted with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facility maintenance and housekeeping activities.
• Standardize maintenance practices, records, and schedules.
• Develop and monitor maintenance procedures and budgets.
• Track equipment performance and perform preventive maintenance.
• Manage spare parts, tools, and component inventories.
• Develop and present maintenance analyses for budget and capital plans.
• Maintain part schedules when new equipment is installed.
