Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Distribution Center Facility Maintenance Manager in Franklin, KY to lead the Facility Maintenance Team and oversee the preventive maintenance program for the DC’s equipment and building systems. You will supervise staff, standardize procedures, manage schedules, and coordinate parts, budgets and capital expenditures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time experience in facilities and equipment maintenance management.
• Experience with modern powered conveyor systems, fork truck equipment, and computer-based maintenance systems is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma with technical schooling acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facility Maintenance Team at the DC and supervise daily activities.
• Standardize maintenance practices, records, and procedures.
• Develop, monitor and adjust maintenance schedules and budgets.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and parts procurement.
• Prepare maintenance analyses and justify capital expenditures.
