Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Manager in Greenwood, IN, to lead cross-functional teams of non-exempt associates and drive process improvements that deliver strong operational results for retail, e-commerce and service functions.

You will collaborate across the organization to implement upgrades, measure impact, and optimize time, cost and scope. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with on-call rotation and travel as part of the role.
