Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an Industrial Engineering Manager to lead strategic logistics initiatives across HomeGoods/HomeSense DCs. You will guide a team of IE managers, implement engineered solutions, and drive cost improvements while ensuring accurate labor performance reporting.

Travel 25–75% to sites; build training materials and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network design and DC operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline; strong technical foundation.
• Proven leadership and project management experience in a logistics/DC environment.
• Willingness to travel 25–75% to site locations.
• Experience implementing and maintaining labor management and warehouse management systems.
• Certified in data work measurement techniques (MOST/MTM/MSD/Ease).

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and implements strategic logistics solutions to optimize DC performance.
• Manages a team of Industrial Engineering Managers to drive process improvements and workforce planning.
• Ensures data integrity for incentive programs and labor performance reporting.
• Develops and evaluates solutions to modify production and processing methods for efficiency.
• Oversees cost accounting for labor, materials and processes to justify ROI.
• Develops training materials to support engineered solutions and best practices.
• Analyzes constraints to optimize HomeGoods/HomeSense supply chain network.
