You will lead a team of IE Managers (3–6), drive labor standards, and report on incentives, while collaborating with Transportation, Engineering and DC Management and traveling to sites to optimize network design. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Engineering discipline.
• Experience leading a team and managing projects in a distribution/warehouse setting.
• Experience implementing labor management and warehouse management systems.
• Certified in standard data work measurement techniques (MOST, MTM, MSD, Ease, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and implements strategic logistics solutions to optimize DCs.
• Manages a team of Industrial Engineering Managers (3–6) and oversees staffing, performance and development.
• Develops and evaluates engineering solutions to improve production processes and capacity.
• Ensures data integrity for incentives and labor performance reporting.
• Collaborates with Transportation, Engineering and DC Management and travels to sites to evaluate process design.
