Burlington Stores, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Inventory Control Analyst to strengthen accuracy across DCs and warehouses. The role partners with Finance, Buyers, and Operations on multi-facility initiatives and SOX compliance, driving process improvements and cost savings.
The position requires analytical skills, WMS experience, and the ability to travel to multiple distribution centers. A BA/BS is preferred, with strong Excel and cross-functional collaboration.
Position Overview This position supports distribution center initiatives, in conjunction with Inventory Control and non-Inventory Control-related activities targeted to improve shrinkage, performance, and cost savings initiatives. This position will directly impact the organization by partnering with multiple levels of the organization to drive, communicate, and execute million-dollar initiatives for Burlington Stores. This position plays a key role in SOX compliance and inventory accuracy. Research, problem solve, perform root cause analysis, and process financial inventory adjustments impacting inventory for either the East Coast or West Coast Distribution Centers and Warehouses in addition to the Burlington Stores. Must independently provide a strong research skill set and problem-solving ability while leveraging the skills and knowledge of other team members across the Supply Chain to accomplish their responsibilities. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required. Ability to travel to multiple facilities across multiple shifts as needed. Required to comply with the policies and procedures as defined in SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure). This position will support members of the Supply Chain, including but not limited to Finance, Buyers, Allocations and Planning, Transportation, DC Operations, and Burlington Stores nationwide.

Compensation Range: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00
